Finally the reinforcement that Jürgen Klopp, the Anfield board, the team's players and the club's fans have been waiting for has arrived. Liverpool have reached an agreement with FC Bayern to sign Ryan Gravenberch, a 21-year-old Dutch midfielder who was in Klopp's orbit a year ago when he was still with Ajax, and he will become the club's new player as soon as he passes his medical and signs his five-year contract.
His arrival will undoubtedly cause changes in the Liverpool squad, as it is expected that once he adapts to the club, Gravenberch will be a starter and will have a much more prominent role than the one he had at Bayern, as his lack of minutes was one of the reasons why the player himself pushed for his departure from the Bundesliga.
One of the changes that could occur in the team due to the arrival of Ryan Gravenberch is the departure of one of the great promises of the team, since with the arrival of the Dutchman he would have even less chances to play with the first team. However, this player is considered one of the jewels of the Reds' academy, so in the event of his departure, it would only be on loan.
We are talking about Bobby Clark, an 18-year-old attacking midfielder who has shown good qualities that could earn him a place in the team in the long term, and who already has a loan offer on the table that the club is considering accepting.
Journalist Neil Jones has reported that Derby County have made a loan offer for Bobby Clark to Liverpool, and that the Anfield board are considering accepting it in order to give playing time to the young player, who could be the 22nd departure this summer for our team.
