The Liverpool Academy is learning from experts to perfect their craft
One of those players is James Norris, who talked to Liverpoolfc.com and expressed how excited he is and how grateful he is for this opportunity and the chance he has to make a good impression for Klopp and his teammates. This are some of the things he had to say ahead of the first game against Manchester United on tuesday:
"My family are so proud. When I was a little boy, it was something they dreamt of and something I dreamt of myself. So to be here is a great feeling. (…) “Just [get] everything out of it really, show the boss what I can do and learn what I can. We've got great role models to look up to. That's what I'm here for, just to keep learning.”
Norris, despite his young age, had been already taken in consideration by Jurgen Klopp: "They're moments you'll never forget," Norris said. “Coming in as a young lad, getting experiences like that – especially at the San Siro, seeing the fans there was unbelievable – and hopefully we can build on that now and I'll get more chances.”
