Kostas Tsimikas shared a tale on his Instagram account of him and Harvey Elliott dancing the night away to Dua Lipa's One Kiss while they were out having fun in the Maldives. The players for Jürgen Klopp's Liverpool are free to go anywhere they like until their next formal training session, which is scheduled for December in Dubai.

Only seven members of the Liverpool team participated in the competition in Qatar because several of them were unable to go, Elliott and Tsimikas have a seven-year age difference, making it unlikely that the two of them would become friends while playing for Liverpool. Players typically stick with teammates who are their own age or nationality.

But it’s good to see Liverpool teammates bonding, even if with Tsimikas on the left and Elliott usually on the right, we’ll never see them link up directly on the pitch. Many Liverpool players who are not in Qatar for the World Cup have recently taken advantage of a mini-vacation and having fun until it is time to go back to the field.

Two more Liverpool players have been photographed in The United States of America, this time together after Curtis Jones and Thiago Alcântara were spotted there for NBA games. Kostas performs for the camera while singing, the Liverpool players are now on a little midseason holiday because there is no World Cup to attend to.

Meanwhile, Elliott was possibly a little nearer to travelling to Qatar, his performance for Liverpool will undoubtedly lead to recognition with England very shortly. The tournament this winter may have just come too soon for him to present a strong argument, though both of these guys are now in a precarious position as a result as they sing along to a song that just become associated with Liverpool.
