Liverpool are having a good campaign in the Premier League. Darwin Núñez's team is in fourth place with 23 points from 10 games, just three behind leaders Tottenham. The Uruguayan striker is a star and so far this season has been involved in 16 goals: 8 goals scored and 8 assists. However, the Anfield club is already thinking about reinforcements for the January 2024 transfer window and one of the players they are interested in is a Brazilian who shares Nunez's agent.

According to The Mirror, the Reds think it is worth pursuing Fluminense's Andre, "as the midfielder's agent is Jorge Mendes, whose agency also represents the duo of Darwin Nunez and Diogo Jota. The super agent can still help facilitate another move to Anfield soon," the report said.

Nunez had been represented by Edgardo Lasalvia since leaving Penarol, but was then taken over by Portugal's Mendes. André Trindade da Costa Neto, better known as André, is 22 years old and will play in next weekend's Copa Libertadores final against Boca Juniors. Andre has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool in recent weeks, and the January transfer window is seen as the ideal time for the Brazilian to move to England.

Klopp insists on signing Andre

The Merseyside outfit will be back in the market for André Trindade, who has been in top form for Fluminense. What's more, he has become Jürgen Klopp's winter priority for his midfield.
It seems that, little by little, Liverpool are regaining confidence after a busy summer in terms of putting together their squad. A squad that, namely, is headed by a Jürgen Klopp who has been proving for more than a decade that he is one of the best managers in the world.
