Liverpool lost 3-0 to Brighton on matchday 20 of the Premier League

The game got off to a positive start for Brighton and Hove Albion, who got off to a flying start at The Amex with a Solly March goal, ending the first half 1-0 up. The second half of the clash started favourably for the home side, who made further ground with another goal from Solly March, who grabbed a brace after 53 minutes. 

Once again the Brightonian eleven scored, and then Danny Welbeck's goal in the 81st minute put the game away with a 3-0 scoreline. The Reds boss brought on Naby Keita, Harvey Elliott, Joe Gomez and Ben Doak to replace Fabinho, Jordan Henderson, Joel Matip and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

After the game, German coach Jurgen Klopp decided to accept responsibility for what happened, showing humility by taking a cheap shot at FSG who have not invested in reinforcements: "I can't remember a worse game, I mean all, not only Liverpool. And that's my responsibility."
