The Reds put in a poor display against the Seagulls and the German manager was very upset

Liverpool are going through a difficult time. The Reds slumped to a shock 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Saturday in Premier League matchday 20. But the one who was most upset was the German manager Jurgen Klopp who, after the match, gave strong statements in the press conference.

The performance of practically all the players was well below expectations. In defence, Joel Matip made a mistake that opened the door for the Seagulls' first goal. Then distractions in marking also allowed the other goals, and up front, there was no imagination to build danger.

Klopp tired, player to leave Liverpool after Brighton game

"It's fully my responsibility, we have to sort these problems. We have limited options at the moment. "I can't remember a worse game. Not just at Liverpool, but ever. "We were all over the place. We practised for three days in training but obviously I didn't get the message across clearly enough."

I am responsible

Liverpool will have to turn their current situation around quickly and start thinking about Tuesday's FA Cup second-round tie against Wolverhampton, where they must win to stay in contention to win a title this season and where there is a player who could leave for free in Roberto Firmino if he does not renew his contract.
