Declan Rice has long been one of the best defensive midfielders in the Premier League, with the 23-year-old performing better than ever individually in a West Ham shirt, something that has not gone unnoticed by most of the big English teams, with Arsenal the club that would seem to be willing to go all out to further strengthen the squad of the current Premier League leaders, although Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp are also keeping an eye on him.

According to the latest reports from England, West Ham expect to receive around 100 million euros for the young British midfielder, something not unreasonable as since last season Declan Rice himself has been confirmed as a top player in the Premier League, hence the interest of these two big teams, which with such an offer would convince the team led by Scottish coach David Moyes to get rid of one of their best players.

With Keita's poor form, Liverpool want to sign this player for €50 million

Last summer Declan Rice came close to leaving West Ham after Chelsea's unsuccessful bid for his services, with the Emirates Stadium outfit now having to put a large sum of money on the table in order to secure his services, with the green light being given by Mikel Arteta, who would be delighted with the idea of making Declan Rice one of Arsenal's top signings for 2023/2024.

Liverpool are beginning to realise that they will not be able to meet Borussia Dortmund's asking price for Jude Bellimgham and this has left them looking for a guaranteed alternative to improve their midfield. One of the players that Jurgen Klopp has always liked is Declan Rice, currently playing for West Ham United, has become the first option to strengthen the Anfield team.

Klopp and Arteta go for Rice

According to 'Football Insider', the England international is a player profile that the 'red' team needs for several seasons and they will do everything possible to get him out of West Ham in the next transfer markets, in fact, the first contacts between clubs are taking place to make clear the intentions of signing him in the not too distant future. Declan Rice is valued at around 80 million euros, but the London club have already stated that they will not listen to offers for less than 100-120 million euros, a figure that is out of the hands of the Anfield team, but that they could end up collecting if a player leaves.
