The business consultancy Deloitte presented a report analysing the financial performance of the world's top-earning football clubs. According to the study, the 20 teams that earned the highest dividends earned a combined total of 9.2 billion euros. Moreover, this was the first time that an analysis of the women's teams affiliated to these clubs was carried out.

Among the results obtained in the 26th Football Money League study, Manchester City topped the list for the second year in a row with a total income of 731 million euros, followed by Real Madrid who pocketed 714 million euros in 2022 thanks to all their activity in the different tournaments.

Liverpool FC completed the podium with revenues of €702 million, the English club's most privileged position in its history.
