Conor Bradley has been among the young players who have impressed Klopp the most in pre-season

We all know that pre-season is a perfect space for young players in the team to have a chance to impress the first team coach, and in the case of our Liverpool the club's gems have the advantage of having Jürgen Klopp, a manager who is not afraid to use young players in the first team, as he has shown with the case of Alexander-Arnold.

In that sense, during the first two games of the preseason, Jürgen Klopp relied on Conor Bradley to play as right back, a position that could become vacant and in which there is a great opportunity for the 20-year-old, as everything indicates that Trent Alexander-Arnold who has been the holder of that position for the last few years, will play mainly as a midfielder next season.

Bradley has performed well in the first few games of the preseason and according to various reports, he has made a good impression on Jürgen Klopp, which is why many expected to see his name on the list of players who will travel to Singapore for the next two games. However, Conor Bradley was not included in the list, causing rumors of a possible loan move, but now the real reason why he did not travel with the rest of the team has been revealed.

The reason

The journalist who covers the day to day life of Liverpool, David Lynch, wrote that the real reason why Conor Bradley did not make the trip to Singapore is due to a minor injury, and the team did not want to risk him, which could be a good sign for him, as it means that Klopp considers him an important enough player to not want to risk him in a couple of pre-season games.
