Jordan Henderson has gone from being a player respected and loved by many people to being considered an opportunist, and after his departure to Arabia, he was harshly criticised by the LGBT society as Henderson was very supportive of this community, however after his departure to the Middle East he cannot continue openly with his support because in Arabia homosexuality is considered a crime.

In addition, the most recent criticism is about his call-up to the England national team, as many people believe that Henderson no longer has the level to be in the national team as the level of the Arabian league has a very low level which has lost the level that Jordan used to show before, so after his departure to Arabia does not seem to have been the best decision.

And now Henderson has been involved in another scandal as FIFA has announced that the 2034 World Cup will be in Arabia and has published a video where Henderson says he is "very excited with the announcement of Saudi Arabia for 2034", which has outraged many people for their support for the country where he just came to play.

Henderson is now seen as someone who is now only looking for money, as he is now one of the highest paid players in the world at Al-Ettifaq, so after this video Hendo would make it clear that he is now looking for a way to keep making money no matter what.

Virgil's new record

Following Henderson's departure to Arab football Virgil Van Dijk was left as the team captain, however since his arrival at the Reds in 2018 he has been captain on a few occasions prior to Henderson's departure, so Van Dijk could reach a new record, reaching fifty appearances for Liverpool as captain.
