Darwin Nunez will serve his second suspension this coming weekend.

Darwin Nunez will serve his second suspension this coming weekend after being sent off for an incident with Crystal Palace defender Joachim Andersen after they clashed on several occasions and the Uruguayan lost his head in the Premier League matchday 4 fixture against Bournemouth.

Nunez later apologised to the fans for his performance, and amid the death threats Andersen received for the clash with the Reds striker, it seems both situations are behind him and he is now just focused on getting better for his team.

Darwin Nunez had two good performances as a substitute on his arrival at Liverpool, first in the Community Shield against Manchester City, where he contributed the third goal and was involved in the second, while against Fulham on Matchday 1 of the Premier League he also got on the scoresheet by scoring the Reds' first goal.

It is clear that Nunez is sorry for his three-match suspension and will return with all his heart, in fact, he is 100 percent training with the first team, a decision he took to continue alongside his teammates and to be able to resume his goalscoring form in this Premier League.

Against Manchester United, the Uruguayan played his first game, and will also miss the match against Newcastle, in the Premier League matchday 5, but will be available for another match between the Reds and Everton, another of those special and important matches in which he could stand out on his return.
