Liverpool are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Randal Kolo Muani, as manager Arne Slot looks to bolster his attacking options.
The Reds have been heavily linked with the French international in recent weeks and it appears they are now making significant progress in their pursuit of the 26-year-old. Kolo Muani has struggled for regular playing time in Paris and is keen on a move to a club where he can be a more prominent figure.
Liverpool manager Arne Slot has identified Kolo Muani as a key target to add depth and versatility to his attacking line. The Frenchman's pace, dribbling ability, and eye for goal make him an ideal fit for the Reds' high-pressing style of play.
PSG are open to selling Kolo Muani, who has failed to live up to expectations since his move from Eintracht Frankfurt. The French giants are looking to recoup a significant portion of the fee they paid for the striker and are willing to listen to offers.
With the transfer window set to close soon, Liverpool will be keen to wrap up a deal for Kolo Muani as quickly as possible. The Reds have been active in the market this summer and the signing of the French striker would be a significant statement of intent.
