Big strategy, the Reds and how they've managed without the Anfield pharaoh

While at the end of last year, when Merseyside learned that Mohamed Salah would be sidelined for several games, as Salah and the Egypt national team were present at the African Cup of Nations. This news was a huge uncertainty for everyone at Anfield, as the Reds needed to maintain their lead, and for this they needed their best players.

However, the Reds have made it clear that it is not which player is on the pitch when the Reds play, but the mentality of the team, as despite Salah's absence during the Reds' last 6 games, the team has looked pretty good, winning 5 of the 6 games in which the Reds have been without the Merseyside Pharaoh.

Overcoming one of the biggest challenges for Jürgen Klopp and his team this season. And while the team has not lost in Salah's absence, with five wins and a draw in the Carabao Cup semi-final, where the Reds won by a comfortable scoreline after a 1-1 draw against Fulham. They also overcame strong opponents such as Arsenal and Chelsea, with the Blues being where the Reds have shown an incredible level.

Merseyside remains a great team without Salah

The level of the Reds since the departure of Mohamed Salah, first due to a call-up with his national team and now due to an injury suffered during the African Cup, the team led by Jürgen Klopp, although not playing better without Mohamed Salah, has proven to be an efficient team and without dependence on any player, as Salah is just one more in the endless list of players injured this season, demonstrating that the team can compete against any opponent under any circumstances. So the team does not play better without Salah, but it shows that his absence is not vital on Merseyside either.
