Three players who could convince Caicedo to join Liverpool

In that regard, journalist Paul Joyce has claimed that Liverpool's refusal to pay £50m for Lavia is not to do with a lack of funds issue, but rather an unwillingness to shell out that kind of money for a player barely a year older than Stefan Bajcetic.

According to various reports, we could see a battle between Liverpool and Chelsea to sign Moises Caicedo in the remainder of the transfer window, with Brighton reportedly willing to sell the player to the highest bidder, according to Fabrizio Romano. However, it has also been noted that the player's desire would also be a key factor and in that sense, Liverpool could be helped by up to three players who could try to convince Caicedo to choose Liverpool over Chelsea.
