Al-Hilal, the Saudi Pro League giants, are reportedly eyeing Liverpool’s star forward Mohamed Salah as a potential replacement for Neymar. According to Spanish publication AS, the Saudi club are considering a move for the Egyptian international as they evaluate their options following Neymar’s future at the club.
Salah, renowned for his blistering pace, clinical finishing, and ability to create chances, has been a pivotal figure in Liverpool’s success in recent years. His consistent performances in the Premier League and Champions League have made him one of the most sought-after players in world football.
With Neymar’s future at Al-Hilal uncertain, the Saudi club are on the lookout for a marquee signing to bolster their attacking options. Salah, who shares a similar playing style with Neymar, is seen as the ideal candidate to fill the void left by the Brazilian superstar.
The potential transfer fee for Salah is expected to be astronomical, given his status as one of the best players in the world.
However, Al-Hilal have shown a willingness to spend big in recent transfer windows, and they would undoubtedly be able to meet Liverpool’s valuation of the player.
A move to Saudi Arabia would represent a significant change for Salah, who has been a key figure at Liverpool for several years. However, the financial incentives on offer could be too tempting to turn down.
