The vacancy left by Jürgen Klopp at Anfield next summer is viewed with sadness and anguish by Reds fans, for although Liverpool is the biggest team in England, few managers have made history in the way Klopp has. So the angst is over who will be in charge of the Reds next year.

This vacancy is much desired by many coaches who would no doubt be willing to take the reins of the team, something that cannot be taken lightly. This vacancy could greatly enhance a coach's career if he is the right fit for the team. So this would be an opportunity for any coach in the world to try and emulate what Klopp has done.
So even Pep Guardiola would no doubt be interested to some extent in managing on Merseyside. It would be a great new experience for the 53-year-old, whose contract expires in the summer of 2025 and so far nothing has been done about a contract extension.
A source close to the Reds reportedly claimed on social media that Liverpool would make a move for Pep Guardiola. Although this might seem crazy, Guardiola could see it as a great new challenge to take on the challenge of a new contract extension for the Reds.

With the vacancy at Anfield and the possibility of Guardiola's arrival in the Reds' dugout, the first big problem would be whether the fans would accept the Spanish coach. Although not directly, the fans have a big say in the choice of manager, as it has to be someone the fans like. This could put this possibility into a dilemma.
