Following the imminent arrival of young Bundesliga star Jude Bellingham at Real Madrid, Liverpool were left without one of their most valuable candidates to reinforce their midfield for next season, however everything indicates that Reds' board is already rubbing their hands together thinking about the possible arrival of another great young figure from the German league, who would be more than happy with a move to Anfield.

It is no secret that the number one priority for Jürgen Klopp's side is to sign midfielders who can help the team return to the Champions League. Thus, the upcoming transfer window looks to be the most important in recent years for Liverpool, as it is the first time since 2006 that they will not be playing in the world's top club competition.

Ryan Gravenberch is a 21-year-old Dutch midfielder who joined Bayern from Ajax last season. In the past, Gravenberch had been on Liverpool's radar, but the Bavarian giants kept the young talent.
