Liverpool has made official the arrival of young Scottish right-back Calvin Ramsay. He is an 18-year-old player who has never made his debut in the senior national team of his country, although he is very familiar with Robertson, the left-back at Anfield.
Liverpool's idea is for the young Scottish player to acclimatize to his new life without haste, calmly and in the knowledge that one of the club's jewels, Trent Alexander-Arnold, one of the best right-backs in the world, could leave at any moment.

Ramsay, arrives from Aberdeen after an outlay of 5 million euros. He has never played with the Scottish senior national team, but he was part of the U17 and U21 national teams of his country, always receiving praise from the international press.
Only in March 2021 he made his debut with Aberdeen's first team and leaves the club where he was born as a professional footballer with 39 appearances in the Scottish first division. He scored one goal and provided nine assists, no small feat for a replacement for Alexander-Arnold.
"It was a dream come true to play for Aberdeen, and now to be at one of the biggest, maybe the biggest, clubs in the world is a monumental achievement, and I want to show the fans how good I am," Ramsay said after being officiated in Liverpool.
