The Uruguayan striker has found a new activity away from football, while the Dutchman is preparing to appear in the Premier League.

The current situation of Uruguayan striker Darwin Nunez is not the best. Although he has been able to score a goal this year after four games without being in goal, his performance is still far from what was expected. Especially after the 80 million that Liverpool paid to Benfica for the services of the South American.

The latest bad news for the 22-year-old striker was that he was unable to train with his team-mates on Thursday. A few hours before the matchday 20 game against Brighton in the Premier League, the Uruguayan was absent in practice and is doubtful for the clash against the Seagulls.

German manager Jurgen Klopp is expected to dispel the doubts at Friday's press conference. If he is not fit to play, Nunez will miss the Brighton game and Dutchman Cody Gakpo should make his Premier League debut playing as a centre-forward.

But doubts about Nunez are also generated by what has been circulated in the last few hours. The advertising campaign of the jeweller MJ Jones where the Uruguayan appears modelling the products so that they can be sold.

On the other hand, Gakpo has trained normally on Thursday and although it was expected that he would not start against the Seagulls, according to journalist Neil Jones, he would be chosen to be in the attack alongside the king, Mohamed Salah, in addition to Oxlade Chamberlain.
