Coutinho was a player who excited all Liverpool fans

In the years before the last golden era of our Liverpool, Philippe Coutinho was the player we all thought would lead us to glory, as the Brazilian had an incomparable talent and was shaping up to become an idol and an Anfield legend, however he did not know how to be loyal to the club that projected him to his highest level and betrayed Jürgen Klopp to go to play for FC Barcelona.

However, in the same season in which Coutinho decided to leave, our Liverpool was crowned champion of the Champions League and began a winning era in which we won every possible title at least once, including the Premier League which had been denied to us for 30 years.

On the other hand, Philippe Coutinho soon regretted leaving Anfield, as not only did Liverpool begin a winning era without him, but he was never able to reach the same level he had when he played for Liverpool, which led him to be valued at 150 million euros. Injuries and low level led him to be discarded by FC Barcelona and FC Bayern, and after several years he returned to the Premier League to play for Aston Villa, a team with which he has a contract until 2026, but according to various reports is looking for a way out since they no longer want him to remain at the club.

What will be Coutinho's new destination?

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, there is a Qatari club that has shown interest in Philippe Coutinho, although they are not the only ones interested. "Understand one club from Qatar has now asked for conditions of Philippe Coutinho deal. Coutinho could leave Aston Villa in case he receives good proposal; Saudi clubs also approached him in July" said Romano.
