The arrival of the Qatari consortium at Anfield will bring with it a significant financial injection that will be immediately reflected in signings and better conditions for one of the Premiership's biggest clubs, Liverpool. Jürgen Klopp knows that the change of ownership will give him a better stability in his project that began in October 2015.

One of the first actions Klopp will ask the owners to take is to get rid of players who for many fans have finished their cycle at Anfield. The list is headed by Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Naby Keïta, James Milner, Roberto Firmino, Adrian, Arthur Melo, who despite finishing their contracts this year, the German manager and the fans no longer want to see them on Merseyside.

Reports from England suggest that Chamberlain and Keïta have already communicated that if there is a possibility of leaving in this transfer window that the Red's will accept it. Klopp knows that they must sell these players in January in order to make a profit, and thus prevent them from leaving in the summer. For Arthur Melo, the German tactician is not worried, as they would not make the option to buy valid and return him to Italy.

In the case of James Milner, the 37-year-old Englishman is unlikely to be able to continue in professional football and retirement is the most viable option for his successful career. Roberto Firmino's situation is delicate as Klopp wants him to stay, but the fans do not. The Brazilian has been injured since mid-December and does not yet have a return date, making his renewal a risky investment.

Exciting future

Finally, goalkeeper Adrian will leave the club after four years of service. The former West Ham United and Real Betis keeper has been relegated to third choice goalkeeper behind Brazilian Alisson Becker and Irishman Caoimhin Kelleeher. With these departures, the Red's would have enough space for the arrival of new stars in the squad to help them win as many titles as possible.
