In the UEFA Champions League, 10 matches have played between 2004 to 2009 in the group phase, quarter-final, and semifinal. Besides, the UEFA Super Cup had only one episode in 2019; the same scenario for the Community Shield, which united them in 2006.


Moreover, nine times both clubs faced the League Cup between 1977 and 2022, including one second round, two finals, two semi-finals, two quarter-finals, and two third round. Furthermore, in the FA Cup was played 12 games between 1931 and 2022, including two finals, one semi-final, two round of sixteen, one quarter-final, three third round, and two fourth round.

However, both in Community Shield and Premier League, the history is different: Liverpool commands both trophies, especially in the first one, where the Reds won 70 games, lost 51, and draw 39. In the 193 matches, Klopp’s team defeated Chelsea 80 times and lost 65 games with 48 draws.
