Mohamed Salah and Karim Benzema have launched Riyadh's 2022 season. The two world football stars appear in a promo that also features other celebrities and non-sporting stars, including singer Nancy Ajram and actress Nadine Njeim.

The promo is called 'Riyadh Season, Beyond Imagination' and also features producer DJ Khaled and Iraqi composer Majed Al-Mohandes. The Riyadh season will be shaped by sporting events such as PSG's match with Saudi Arabian teams Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr.

Kloop will have an expensive holiday, here's what he will do during the World Cup break

The celebration will also feature more than 8,500 activities, including 108 interactive experiences, eight international shows, 17 Arabic plays, 252 restaurants and cafes, fireworks and more than 150 concerts. The world's two best players of Arab origin, Benzema and Salah, along with DJ Khaled, are the stars of an ad powered by RG Consultant & Sports Solutions to kick off the Riyadh Seasons festival. The video was filmed in different parts of the world: Manchester, Miami, Madrid and Saudi Arabia and already has more than 40 million views.

Mohamed Salah is another of those who will not be in Qatar. Egypt were left out of the tournament and the Liverpool star, who has been among the best in the world for years, will be on the sidelines of the most important meeting in international football, where over the course of a month the eyes of the fans will be on him.

Salah will not be inactive

While the Egyptian missed out on the chance to qualify for the World Cup in Qatar with his national team, he will be kept busy as he will be the face of the Riyadh Seasons, which is a hugely important event for Arab culture and where Salah has become a true icon, even more beloved than at Anfield itself and by Liverpool fans.
