This Wednesday, via their social media, Real Madrid confirmed all the rumours and speculation as they announced Jude Bellingham as the new Real Madrid player from Borussia Dortmund. Through a statement shared on Twitter, Real Madrid announced their new star signing. Bellingham, 19, is already an undisputed star for England, with whom he played at the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The deal is estimated to be worth around 102 million euros, making him the second most expensive signing in the club's history.

"Real Madrid C.F. and Borussia Dortmund have agreed the transfer of the player Jude Bellingham, who will be linked to our club for the next six seasons... Tomorrow, Thursday 15 June, at 12:00 noon at Ciudad Real Madrid, the presentation of Jude Bellingham will take place," reads the club's official statement.

Bellingham had a three-year spell with Borussia Dortmund, where he made 132 Bundesliga, German Cup and Champions League appearances and scored 24 goals for the German side. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the amount Real Madrid will end up paying for Bellingham will be around 130 million and his salary will be approximately 15 million a year.

Mbappé red

Kylian Mbappé's name has been linked with multiple destinations after it became known last summer that he was unhappy with PSG despite the million-dollar renewal the Frenchman undertook with the Parisian club. Among the clubs Mbappé has been linked with are Liverpool, who according to a report from The Athletic were the main option for the Frenchman to continue his career, as PSG opened the door to a move, albeit on the condition that he only went to Jürgen Klopp's Premier League side.
