In the last few hours it has been rumoured that Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp would be willing to bid for PSG's Brazilian Neymar, regardless of the fact that he has an attacking star like Egypt's Mohamed Salah, who would be affected by this decision as he would lose prominence and it could mean the beginning of the decline of his career. The Pharaoh is already 30 years old and this season has not been the best for him individually and collectively.

Although everyone thinks that Mbappé will be the one to leave the Parisian team because of the problems he has with the board, the big surprise would be that the one who leaves the French team is the Brazilian, and would be welcomed by Klopp to play at Anfield and thus get the figurehead to help him deal with the prominence of Erling Haaland at Manchester City who for now are aiming to win the Premier League.

Mohamed Salah's lesson for Cristiano Ronaldo who has no respect for team-mates or fans

It is known that the relationship between Kylian Mbappé and Neymar Jr. is not good. Hardly anyone hides it anymore. Neither the players nor others linked within the club. And in this sense, a strong man who recently joined the club, Luis Campos, was critical of how their respective arrivals were handled and, in his view, they should not have arrived at the club together: "We made the mistake in the past of recruiting two players in the same position in the same market," said Campos, referring to Neymar and Mbappé. It is worth noting that, despite speaking in the first person, Campos was not at PSG in 2017 when the two stars arrived.

Another recent report details that Mbappé, who, despite his words, has power over transfers, would have asked for a striker more along the lines of Lewandowski. The Pole was on the list, but always preferred to be signed by Barcelona. Mbappé also liked other top names such as Ousmane Dembélé, Marcus Rashford and Harry Kane. None arrived and none are likely to arrive in the immediate future. Beyond this, the idea at PSG was to add players who were hungry for glory and not money, and so Ekitike, Kalimuendo, Renato Sanches and Mukiele arrived.

Mbappé-Neymar problem could affect Salah

Christopher Galtier, for his part, has to talk more and more about non-sporting matters than football. This Thursday he was back in action and again clarified how the dressing room is doing: "There is nothing that surprises me, there is nothing that challenges me: the players want to win together and they are competing for it. They are great champions with competitiveness and their ego. We have a very nice dressing room. There is a discrepancy between what you hear and what you perceive in some statements. That is not the reality of the dressing room. We have a dressing room that coexists well". And on Mbappé's "having more freedom" in France, he also had his say.
