Since the end of last season, Jürgen Klopp has been clear about the team's priority for the transfer market, and that is to sign young players, mainly midfielders, who can contribute to Liverpool's medium and long term project, and that is why in addition to the signings, the Reds must keep their young promises.
In that sense, Klopp already has his first reinforcement for next season, as the Anfield board made official the signing of Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton. But the arrival of Mac Allister would only be the first of several reinforcements that could arrive at Anfield, as Klopp already has several names of possible targets.
However, Liverpool is not exempt from losing players this summer, as there are several players who have great talent and have aroused the interest of other teams in Europe. And in the face of that it seems impossible to keep them all, as Klopp knows that he cannot promise the playing time that some would like to have, which could lead to some departures.
Such is the case of Portuguese midfielder Fabio Carvalho, who is one of the team's greatest talents and one of Jürgen Klopp's favorite players, but the German tactician considers that he is not yet ready to have much playing time, but at the same time he is reluctant to lose him for good. That is why, faced with Leipzig's interest in taking Carvalho, Klopp has already thought of the solution.
Leipzig seems to be the team in which Fabio Carvalho will play next season, however it seems that Liverpool has managed not to lose the player for good, as everything indicates that he will be loaned out for the 2023-2024 season.
