The Reds ended the week without a win after losing in London to Brentford and then drawing at home to Wolverhampton

Jürgen Klopp's side are in the midst of a nightmare as they have gone yet another game without a win. After the final whistle of referee Madley, the Reds closed a not very encouraging week, since at the beginning of the week they lost at the home of Brentford Bees by 3-1 and now at Anfield they could not overcome Wolves who came as victims to the game of the 1/32 of FA Cup Final and got the replay that will give them a new opportunity in the serious, but this time at home.

With the goalscoring quota compromised, Klopp is in dire need of a striker who can help the team win games and turn the tide that began in the summer when they started dropping points to fall behind in the Premier League table. Now with the possibility that the Reds' attack could be further diminished, Klopp is asking the board to analyse options and strengthen the squad in this transfer window.

One of the most intriguing prospects in world football is this star

And with three first-team strikers injured, there is little the German manager can do to reshuffle the fixtures. Diogo Jota, who in his prime suffered a calf injury and did not go to the World Cup in Qatar with Portugal, still has no return date, similar to Luis Diaz who after suffering a knee injury, missed a couple of months before returning a few weeks ago on the tour of Dubai and resenting the injury to his left knee.

Roberto Firmino, who recently suffered a muscle injury and since mid-December has not returned to training with the Reds, leaving his continuity with the team up in the air as it is well known by the fans that his contract expires this year and so far there is no formal approach, only an intention that has been revealed by Jürgen Klopp, who has mentioned that he would like Bobby to remain with them, at least for another year.

Firmino has not renewed

Bobby knows that at 31 years of age, his chances of going to another top club in the world are very few, added to the fact that he is no longer called up by his national team, he did not even go to the World Cup in Qatar and that he is living an ordeal with injuries, so going to a new market like the Middle East in Saudi Arabia would give him a new lease of life to his career, which would be to reach the club that today is a global trend, without forgetting that he would play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo in Al Nassr.
