Reds ready to compete for new star signing

The young talent was one of the players who stayed in his home country of Ukraine despite the ongoing conflict with Russia. In this promising start to the season, he will soon see the best teams knocking on his door. And one of those teams is Liverpool under German manager Jürgen Klopp, who is keen on new signings to improve his team.

Mykhailo Mudryk, for whom Shakhtar Donetsk rejected offers of around €35m at the end of the summer transfer window, is shining in the early stages of the Champions League. A week ago, Fabrizio Romano revealed these proposals and shortly after Arsenal's interest in the player. Nice were after him, but now everything is starting to point to teams of a higher category, who are going to fight for his signature.

Mo Salah clings on to his historic Premier League record

But while his team managed to keep him in the summer despite the fact that there were already interesting offers for him, it doesn't look like the same thing will happen soon. Maybe even in January they will be forced to sell him because his excellent performances will soon win him more admirers. Moreover, the Reds will be very active in the next transfer window and already have several players in their sights, including this one.

He already has two goals and three assists in his first four games of the season. He is only 21 years old but he is a left winger with a refined technique and a clear offensive vocation, who has not been weighed down by the situation in his country or his vertigo in the elite. He has quickly begun to attract attention. That is why Liverpool will have a lot of competition to sign him as soon as possible.

“It would be a dream to play in the Premier League”

"Everyone dreams of the Premier League. It's a top league, but the speculation is over, I'm focused on Shakhtar, so we'll see what happens in the winter. There were a lot of discussions about a transfer and clubs wanting me," he told CBS Sports, showing Liverpool have a good chance of signing him if they put their minds to it.
