Should Kimmich not sign an extension, it would mean that Bayern would need to move the player on next summer, and Liverpool is one of the clubs mentioned as potentially making a move. Liverpool and Bayern have a good relationship, with Thiago Alcântara making the switch from Bavaria to Merseyside in the summer of 2020.
