Liverpool is producing a number of outstanding young players

Watching the young Liverpool stars who are developing through the Academy system blend so seamlessly with their senior counterparts is one of the nicest parts of preseason, It's difficult to predict how excellent they'll seem until you see them with the more experienced players, but it soon becomes apparent. 

Of course, Liverpool's journey to Dubai took place in the middle of the current season. But it effectively amounted to the same thing. The outcomes of the games have no bearing on anything. The only thing that matters is that Liverpool will be prepared when the actual action begins, for the first time, many Reds supporters would have noticed Bobby Clark's talent at the age of 17.

In fact, even though Jordan Henderson might be back in the mix, it would be surprising if he didn't at least make the bench.
