The signing of the Brazilian has been a failure

Signed by Liverpool during the final stretch of the summer transfer window, the Brazilian Arthur has barely managed to get any playing time at the start of the season. His delicate situation has given rise to a multitude of speculation. Among them, the one that now places him in the orbit of Sevilla.

That is the almost anecdotal amount of minutes that, to date, the Brazilian Arthur has accumulated with Liverpool. Although his signing received the backing of Jürgen Klopp, the truth is that the German coach has so far had little confidence in a player who has even been forced to play some games with the Reds' first team.

His situation has not gone unnoticed. In fact, some media have already begun to speculate about his possible return to Juventus during the winter transfer window. There are also those who believe that January could be an excellent time for the Canarinho to move to a new team.

In today's edition, the Estadio Deportivo newspaper also echoes the player's delicate situation and points out that perhaps Sevilla could consider signing a player who meets certain conditions that, in the past, have been decisive for Monchi, Sevilla's sporting director, to take action. "His profile - an unattainable player who is going through a bad period and whose cost happens to be lower than the real one - does coincide with many of the signings that the Lion of San Fernando has faced throughout his career", he explains.

Logically, from Arthur's entourage, a message of calm is transmitted and a commitment is made to the continuity at Anfield Road of a player who, apparently, only needs to reach his best physical form. "He arrived at Liverpool on the last day of the transfer window and had played very little last season due to Allegri's decision and an injury. It's normal that the first few weeks are about adapting and recovering fitness. Everyone is very happy with him, he has given up his holidays to stay in Liverpool to work. He will soon be 100 per cent fit," his agent Federico Pastorello told Gazzetta.it.
