Liverpool seems to have learned one of the most important lessons in the world of soccer: renew or die. Last season was the wake-up call for Jürgen Klopp and the Reds' board to rejuvenate the squad, however it seems that there will be several teams in Europe willing to pay a fortune for the young promises of Anfield and Fabio Carvalho is one of those who have aroused the interest of other clubs.
The 20-year-old Portuguese youngster has not received the minutes he would like under Klopp, so he would not see with bad eyes a change of scenery, despite the fact that the German tactician would have communicated that he considers him an important piece for the future of the team.
Liverpool's board has already received a first definitive offer for Fabio Carvalho. RB Leipzig is the team that has marked Carvalho as one of their priorities for the next transfer window so, despite the fact that Liverpool rejected their first offer, they are willing to offer more money.
Fabio is worth €20 million according to the Transfermarkt portal, but Liverpool are not willing to part with the midfielder for good, although they have shown willingness to let him leave on loan. However, the German club would like to acquire him on a permanent basis.
Jürgen Klopp does not want Liverpool to lose such an important talent as Fabio Carvalho, so the German tactician would have made it a condition to include a buy-back clause that would allow the Reds to return Fabio to Anfield for an amount agreed between the two teams.
