AC Milan could cash in on Liverpool's desire to sign Jude Bellingham. The Reds want to lighten the load on their squad and get rid of two midfielders who play a secondary role in Jürgen Klopp's plans, but who are very interesting for the Lombardy side. According to reports from Express Sport, the Reds are preparing moves for the winter transfer window. Players such as Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain and Naby Keïta are on the exit ramp. With both players' contracts expiring at the end of the season, Liverpool would be looking for an early exit.

Like Real Madrid, Liverpool have also begun to move with the clear objective of recruiting a player who is extremely attractive due to his youth and talent, Englishman Jude Bellingham. The Reds believe the Borussia Dortmund midfielder could prove decisive in boosting a squad that has lost competitiveness this term.

In order to be able to afford the cost of an operation that will involve spending more than 100 million euros on the transfer and a high salary, the Anfield Road club have already put a plan in place to sell off all those players who are not currently in the plans of their German coach, Jürgen Klopp.

Among those already labelled as expendable are England's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (29) and Guinea's Naby Keita (27). Both have contracts that expire in June 2023 and the club would be delighted to be able to let them leave in January, to avoid them leaving at the end of the season without leaving any money in the coffers.

AC Milan want Naby Keita

According to CalcioMercato.it, AC Milan could take advantage of this situation. The Lombard leaders want to reinforce their wide midfield and consider that both specialists, for their physical and technical qualities and their accumulated experience, would fit like a glove in Stefano Pioli's approach. They also believe that, given the circumstances, their cost would not be high.
