As it was, he arrived at Liverpool in the middle of the season, even so, he fit perfectly into the group. With no compatriots at the club, he managed to charm everyone and win over the coaching staff with a Klopp who always trusted in the youngster. A similar case is that of the new signing, Darwin Núñez from Sporting Benfica. In the Anfield team, they hope he can adapt quickly to English football and the Premier League, not an easy task.

Jürgen Klopp revealed the keys to the excellent adaptation of the youngster on his arrival at Anfield. He also confessed that he expects Darwin Núñez to be able to adapt quickly, citing the Colombian as an example: “Luis Díaz just stepped in, no pre-season, played and it was, 'Oh, all right, all set'. The reason was that the way he played at Porto was the way we wanted him to play here, so we didn't give him a script and say, ‘follow this or that”.

Klopp expects Nuñez to make a quick impact

In turn, he commented on what they expect with Darwin Nunez: “we just let him play and then we adjust a little bit here and there. That's more or less what's going on with Darwin Núñez we don't want to change him in one or two or three weeks”. Luis Díaz has been an example for Nuñez to follow, and they hope that the former Benfica player can have the same impact at Liverpool.
