Liverpool host West Ham this Wednesday in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup. Jurgen Klopp's side, without Alexis Mac Allister recovering from injury, will be looking for a win that will put them in the semi-finals of the competition. Liverpool are coming off a 0-0 draw with Manchester United in the Premier League, where they are second with 38 points. In the Carabao Cup, the Reds beat Bournemouth 2-1 in the previous round.

 

West Ham, meanwhile, beat Wolves 3-0 in the English Premier League, where they are eighth in the table with 27 points. In their last EFL Cup appearance, the Hammers beat Arsenal 3-1. That will take more time. He's young, he's fit, he's positive, so he'll come back stronger for sure, and we need him to come back with the same momentum he had with the ball."
