It's a big game in London this weekend. Liverpool visit Premier League leaders Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday, October 9 at 10:30 a.m. (Colombian time) in the tenth round of the English Premier League. The Reds are coming off a 2-0 win over Rangers at Anfield in the third round of the Champions League group stage, a match in which Jürgen Klopp surprised the fans with a 4-2-3-1 formation, with Mohamed Salah and Luis Díaz as wingers and Diogo Jota playing behind Darwin Núñez, instead of the usual 4-4-2 formation.
In the final press conference ahead of the Gunners game, the German coach referred to the change of formation and whether it is permanent: "We don't want to make it more complicated than it is, but obviously there are different systems available to us and we have to choose from now on which one is the best for the next opponent, or the best for us at that moment.

'Not one of the best in the world', harsh criticism of Liverpool star
Klopp added a special request in attack, especially for those playing from the middle to the top: "We need to be more unpredictable, definitely. We need different systems for that as well and this is not the only system we can play with. That was one of the questions put to Klopp in the media attention, but the manager believes many teams have always known that, but have come up against a solid Liverpool side that has prevented them from developing that game plan.
"Some teams learned how to play against us when we are not at our best. Other teams have figured out how to play against us for years, but it still didn't work for them because we were exceptional at the time. When you're not exceptional then it looks like, 'Ah, now they realise'. No. In our best games I can show you the parts where we could have struggled. We didn't because we pressed so hard that they couldn't find space (...) There is no system in the world without weakness; it's about how we perform."
Arsenal need the three points to stay top of the table and Liverpool will be looking to get back to winning ways after two Premier League draws against Everton (0-0) and Brighton (3-3) and move closer to the European places, as they are currently ninth with 10 points, 11 behind the leaders.
