Reds continue to dream of signing Bundesliga-based English superstar

The news about the transfer market in football never stops and even less so for a club as big as Liverpool. Recently reports from Germany suggest that the Red's are very interested in Jude Bellingham, who at 19 years of age, is a benchmark in the scheme of German coach Marco Rose, who knows that with the wave of clubs interested, the Englishman's days at Dortumund would be numbered.

From England comes the report through Liverpool Echo, where the midfielder broke the silence and spoke about his future where he took the pressure off all this tide of rumours that point to his relationship with the Anfield team. "I haven't even started to think about next season. You (media) will be mad at me because you won't get any headlines," said the 19-year-old Englishman.

Jude began his professional career in 2019 with Birmingham City Academy, who sold him prematurely to Bundesliga side Borussia Dortumund for a fee in excess of 25 million. The midfielder soon began to produce results, becoming a factor in winning the DFB Pokal 2020-2021, which is so far the only official title the England international has lifted.

Bellingham has been on the Red's radar for months now, with manager Jürgen Klopp himself reported to have already given the go-ahead for his signing. But not only that, further reports from the Big Island reveal that the Merseyside outfit are reportedly making a double offer to Dortumund that will include the signing of 17-year-old striker Youssoufa Moukoko. It would be a rejuvenation of the Reds' attack with the addition of the Englishman and the German.

Bellingham has not defined his future

Bellingham continues to play at a high level and is aiming to be in the final 23-man squad that Three Lions coach Gareth Southgate will unveil ten days before the World Cup kicks off. The chances of seeing him in Qatar are increased by the fact that he was present at last year's FIFA World Cup, where his team were unfortunately relegated to League B of the UEFA Nations League.
