Now, the club set out to make another such gesture by handing out food that had been prepared for their postponed clash against Wolverhampton.

According to information published by journalist David Lynch on his twitter account, the Anfield side decided to make this great gesture to people in the local community, also helping organisations such as the Whitechapel Centre, Victory Outreach and Fans Supporting Foodbanks, an act that was immediately applauded by users of the social network.
