In the last years in which our Liverpool dominated and conquered European football, we had great players in the team who were the cornerstones in the project that Jürgen Klopp built and which yielded excellent results. One of the greatest figures to emerge from that mythical team was, without a doubt, Roberto Firmino.
Bobby formed one of the best tridents in world football alongside his teammates Sadio Mané and Mohamed Salah, and also revolutionized the position of the "false nine", becoming one of the most lethal strikers in the world and one of the best players to have ever played in the history of our Liverpool.
Since his arrival at Anfield in 2015 from Hoffenheim, Firmino showed his great talent and surprised everyone who was lucky enough to share the pitch with him. Jürgen Klopp and other great historical figures of the Reds have been full of praise for the Brazilian striker, and have even gone so far as to claim that he is perhaps the most skilled striker in the history of our club.
Bobby undoubtedly enjoyed his best years as a professional at Anfield, where he won every title possible. He won the Premier League, domestic cups, the FIFA Club World Cup and of course the Champions League in 2019. In addition, as a Liverpool player he played a total of 362 games and scored 111 goals.
After a successful spell at Liverpool, this summer Bobby's career at Anfield came to an end and his new team will be Al-Ahli of the Saudi Pro League, where it is estimated that he will earn around 20 million euros per season.
