Doha want to come to the Premier League and after the latest news coming out of Manchester United, Qatar are being considered by Qatar for a move to Anfield Road. The rumour is not new.
The impact of Saudi Arabia on the Premier League is undeniable, as is the universe of possibilities it has opened up for an area of the planet that remains more than interested in using football as its biggest international facelift. After getting the approval of Manchester United to take over the Old Trafford club, it is reported that Qatar is studying in depth the possibility of moving to the other great giants of the United Kingdom.

The rumour is far from being a new one, but the latest report indicates that the Glazers' various obstacles to the sale of the Red Devils have already reached the ears of a Qatari delegation that has been in England for months to finalise a sale that seems further and further away from completion every day. Doha wants by all means to get into the Premier League, where, no matter what their destination, there are chips to be put in the pot. A lot of money at stake.

The Daily Mail echoes the rumours coming from one of the main media in Qatar to confirm that the Fenway-owned team is once again in the sights of the sheikhs. We are talking about a less expensive operation than the one involving the Red Devils and, of course, a 180° turnaround in the economic, sporting and social future of the club led by Jürgen Klopp on the pitch.

For now only a rumour

The wait for the Glazers is coming to an end and the Middle East continues to set its sights on a Big Six, where the media mentioned by the Daily Mail do not rule out offers for Tottenham, who, let's not forget, already had meetings with various PSG executives months ago. There is only one thing clear right now for the Premier League and that is that sooner rather than later the best on the planet will have a club in Doha.
