Enzo Fernandez deal takes an unexpected turn, Klopp smiles

However, on the other side of the coin, the teams that own these players, in this case Benfica, see the World Cup as a great opportunity to increase the value of their players and, evidently, the Lisbon side, faced with the interest of Liverpool and Real Madrid, wanted to send a clear message:

In this scenario, it seems unlikely that Real Madrid or Liverpool would decide to spend such a huge amount of money for the Argentine, especially considering that, for both Spanish and English clubs, the absolute priority in the next summer transfer window is still Jude Bellingham.
