The Uruguay and South Korea teams kicked off on Thursday their path to the Qatar 2022 World Cup with an attractive duel in Group H of the tournament that features Uruguayan stars such as Luis Suáerz and Darwin Núñez and Tottenham star Heung-Min Son at the Education City Stadium.
Diego Alonso's side are in third place in the Conmebol qualifiers, making them a dangerous team and one that promises to fight for top spot in the section. For their part, the Koreans do not look like the team that can qualify for the last 16 of the World Cup, but they could surprise the South Americans, as they qualified for the tournament by finishing second in Group A of the Asian qualifiers.
