After being one of the best in the group stage, Bellingham all but signed his way out of the German outfit

Although the issue of Jude Bellingham and his departure from Borussia Dortmund has been taken with total calm throughout Europe, it is well known that both Real Madrid and Liverpool are following the day to day of the player who had a good participation in the group stage, seeing both clubs as his highest level can be the most determinant in midfield as it happened against Iran, as well as seeing his less encouraging side that was against the United States.

But even when those ups and downs against the country of the stars and stripes made him show his worst version in a long time, Bellingham continued to show how to play good football in midfield, being difficult that task when in Group E the Spain team has been characterised by the spectacular game displayed against Costa Rica and Germany, shining the English jewel at the same level as elements such as Gavi or Pedri.

His control of the midfield block and his goal against the Iranians are a strong proof that Bellingham got to the point of winning the love of his suitors like Liverpool, watching Jurgen Klopp from Merseyside as this element has the determination, character and experience to handle the pressure in the best way in different situations.

Jude Bellingham's short but brilliant career in Germany quickly catapulted him to stardom on the old continent, and it was his consistency and great skills on the pitch that allowed him to not stumble along the way and be one of the top prospects to be the best footballer in the world in a few more seasons, with the Englishman's bright future an attraction that today makes the Reds put no holds barred on any of his transfer conditions.

Bellingham shone at the World Cup

Regardless of how his participation in the World Cup concludes, the young midfielder has a very complicated task that is directly related to his future as an elite footballer, because while Madrid promises to be the best option in terms of obtaining titles and visibility, Liverpool seems to be the relevant leap he needs, as the Reds in a few more seasons could turn him into their greatest figure on the pitch, being a reference not only of an institution but also of the entire Premier League, a recognition that he could hardly win in Spain.
