The sale of the team could bring many changes at Anfield

At Molineux Stadium and in the FA Cup third round replay, Liverpool won 1-0 against Wolverhampton. After a 2-2 draw at Anfield, the Reds had to play again, this time away from home, and although they did not play top-flight football, it was enough to book their place in the next round.

With just 13 minutes of the first half gone, Harvey Elliott, with time and space on his side, shot from close range and found Jose Sa, who was unable to react in time to prevent his goal from being saved. The home side felt the impact of the goal and the visitors dominated the game for the next few minutes, although without creating any dangerous situations. And in the closing stages of the first half, Wolves took the initiative and came close to an equaliser, but Adama Traoré's shot on 42 minutes was off-target.

It's FSG's fault, the tough decision Klopp will have to make about his Liverpool continuity

In the second half, Julen Lopetegui's side definitely took the lead and swung the field in their favour, but lacked vision in the final third. On 72 minutes, in one of his team's rare chances, Rúben Neves took a free kick that Caoimhin Kelleher managed to keep out, only for Caoimhin Kelleher to tip over the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Matheus Cunha's volley from inside the box went wide of the target. Going into stoppage time, with Liverpool's opponents on the attack, Liverpool could have extended the lead, but Curtis Jones crossed his right-footed shot too wide. In the closing stages, Klopp's side held on to the narrowest of margins and booked their place in the fourth round.

Salah met with owners

In the last few hours, images have leaked of Mohamed Salah meeting with Liverpool's future owners from Qatar. This has sparked several theories and according to Neil Young several elements will leave when the season is over. Several of them are those who are out of contract such as Oxlade Chamberlain, James Milner and even Naby Keita.
