Liverpool and Chelsea Among Clubs Interested in El Hadji Malick Diouf

Jaroslav Tvrdik, manager of Slavia Prague, has confirmed that both Liverpool and Chelsea are among the clubs showing interest in 20-year-old full-back El Hadji Malick Diouf.

Crystal Palace's Failed Bid

In addition to this, Tvrdik revealed that Crystal Palace’s second, improved offer of around £14.3 million for the Senegalese international has been rejected.

Negotiations Continue

The Eagles' initial offer was around £12.5 million, but they are reportedly back at the negotiation table. Czech sources have also suggested that Brighton could soon join the race for the young defender’s signature.
