After the Reds' last game, the team showed that they are on course for great things this season, and although there is still a long way to go, the current level of the team doesn't seem to be dropping despite Liverpool's multiple absentees. So the fans are getting more and more delighted with the idea of being able to celebrate a champion Liverpool.

Jamie Carragher has always been someone who has loved Liverpool, wearing the Reds jersey for more than 700 times and is undoubtedly a legend. His new career on the microphone doesn't seem to be as successful, though, as he is a storyteller that some people like and some people don't. The Reds legend may have a bit of a reputation as a broadcaster, but he's not one to be disliked.

The Reds legend can have comments that are both accurate and not so accurate, and after the game against Bournemouth, where Liverpool gave a great demonstration of their level, Carragher said on Sky Sports, that Diogo Jota is Liverpool's best finisher. Jota has shown himself to be an excellent finisher and has been on top of his game this season, and has already surpassed his numbers at Wolverhampton.

Carragher's comment could be a little controversial, if Jamie was referring to right now, he could perhaps be the best, as he could be a little above Nunez in terms of finishing, to a lesser extent better than Salah, as the Pharaoh is a fantastic player but Jota could perhaps be as good a finisher as him.

Carragher's comment may be exaggerated to some extent

The statement made by Carragher becomes controversial when he stated: "In terms of finishing. I think he is as good, if not better, than Torres, Suarez and even Salah". As to a certain extent Jota might be close to Torres' level of finishing, however this becomes exaggerated when saying that he is above Luis Suarez, as Suarez is one of the best defenders in all of history and could not be compared so lightly.
