Fulham defender Antonee Robinson is reportedly the latest Liverpool defensive transfer target. The Reds are suffering from injury problems at left-back following shoulder and collarbone problems for Andy Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas respectively.

With the January transfer window around the corner, Liverpool are said to be in the race to sign 26-year-old Fluminense defender Nino. Meanwhile, reports suggest Arsenal are leading the Reds in the race to sign Goncalo Inacio.

There have been reports this morning that Liverpool are considering a move for Fulham's Antonee Robinson due to their injury problems at left-back. However, the different websites understands the Reds have no interest in the former Everton man and are not in the market for a player in that position during the January window, despite the setbacks suffered by Kostas Tsimikas and Andy Robertson.

Tsimikas, who is likely to be out for several months with a broken collarbone, recently signed a new long-term deal while Robertson is expected to be back before the end of next month having been out since October following shoulder surgery. In their absence, temporary left-back Joe Gomez has earned the praise of Reds boss Jurgen Klopp after a run of impressive showings.

Will VAR cost Liverpool in the Premier League title race?

Are you a VAR advocate or is it VAR Humbug? Liverpool were on the receiving end of two decisions against Burnley, rightly or wrongly, but a comfortable scoreline was more a tense affair - prior to Diogo Jota's comeback goal. Let's not forget Arsenal and Martin Odegaard's handball in the box, who can forget Luis Diaz's wrongly disallowed goal.
