Liverpool's 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth was not unexpected for Jürgen Klopp

Liverpool's 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth was not unexpected for Jürgen Klopp. "I am worried. I think with the home games we would be in the top four and with the away games not even in Europe," the German summed up.

The Reds have won just 12 points out of 39 away from Anfield in the Premiership, making them the 12th most successful away side in the league. At home, they have taken 30 out of 39, second only to City (34) and Arsenal (32). They are capable of scoring a 'seven' against United at home on one matchday and losing the next to the bottom side on the road. A radical change in their performances that leaves them sixth, six points behind fourth (Tottenham) and 24 points off the top.

They have lost in the Premiership at United (2-1), Arsenal (3-2), Nottingham Forest (1-0), Brentford (3-1), Brighton (3-0), Wolverhampton (3-0) and Bournemouth (1-0), each time losing some of their fierceness. "There is always a reason for the situation we are in and one of them is our away numbers. It was a great strength in recent years and it made a difference. When you do things consistently, with the quality we have, there is a chance to win in any stadium," Klopp said.
Salah is the golden boot

Liverpool's chances of pulling off the miracle of eliminating Real Madrid depend heavily on a big performance from Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah on Wednesday. Our Pharaoh has the golden boot for now thanks to the eight goals he has scored so far so the Reds need him to continue with his scoring quota to come back from 5-2 down.
