Liverpool manager wants to crack the transfer market by signing Frenchman

Aware of the difficulties involved in the Champions League tie against Real Madrid and much further away from the Premier League summit than he would have hoped, Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp has an impossible dream for January: PSG's Frenchman Kylian Mbappé.

Kylian Mbappé continues to be a regular protagonist in the transfer market. Just a few weeks ago, Marca reported that the Paris Saint-Germain striker and star was very angry with the French capital club and was considering leaving. This situation came after a summer in which the player renewed his contract with the Ligue 1 champions, ignoring the siren calls from Real Madrid, where many believed he had already been signed.

Thus, the aforementioned source reported that the French striker even opened the door to leaving France in the winter transfer window. This sparked a flurry of information about different teams that were beginning to move with the intention of being able to sign him. Real Madrid believe that the train to the Spanish capital has already passed, which is why they do not see Mbappé as an option for the future.

Meanwhile, just yesterday it was reported in England that Manchester United were ready to go all out and pay more than €170m to make the French star the replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. However, it is another team that currently has more options to get KM7. Specifically, it is Liverpool, with whom the player himself has already acknowledged that he negotiated with last summer and where he is the big name with a view to boosting the squad.

Kylian Mbappé, priority for Jürgen Klopp

According to information from Defensa Central, the German coach Jürgen Klopp has asked the Anfield club to make an effort to recruit the player as soon as possible. Real Madrid's opponents next January, the German coach even wants the attacker to arrive in the winter transfer window. It is, however, a tremendously complicated possibility.
