While Liverpool would offer £100m for Caicedo, Chelsea offer to sign Lavia

Our Liverpool's first Premier League game is getting closer and closer. In view of this, it has been reported that our Liverpool will try to steal the signing of Caicedo and according to journalist Matt Law, the Anfield board would have made a higher offer than Chelsea to try to sign the young promise of South American football.
